What does CELERCH supply?
CELERCH currently presents low-voltage DC chargers, AC charging options, matched battery systems, standard electric motorcycle platforms and project support for electric two-wheel mobility.
Why are the battery and charger shown together?
Fast charging depends on the battery configuration, BMS limits, connector, charging curve, vehicle interface and charger output. Reviewing them together helps the customer choose a workable system.
Can I buy the charger without the battery or vehicle?
Yes, the product areas can be discussed separately. For a fast-charging project, we recommend confirming the target battery and vehicle interface before final configuration and quotation.
Does CELERCH support OCPP?
The current charger material lists OCPP 1.6J for the published DC series. Platform connection, network setup and customer system integration should be confirmed for the selected model and project.
What should I prepare before requesting a quotation?
Please share the target market, business type, vehicle quantity, vehicle or battery information, intended charging scenario, site power conditions and required documents.
Do you provide installation and after-sales support?
Installation coordination, platform integration, spare parts and after-sales responsibilities are discussed according to the market, project scope and local partner arrangement.
What are the MOQ, lead time and trade terms?
MOQ, lead time, warranty scope and trade terms such as FOB or EXW depend on the selected products, configuration, destination and order plan. They are included in the commercial discussion and quotation.
Can you provide certification and transport documents?
Document requirements are confirmed by product model and destination market. The relevant technical and compliance document list should be requested during project review so that the correct model-specific files are shared.
Public product values are published by configuration. Final compatibility, commercial terms, market documents and support scope are confirmed project by project.
